My thought’s on Cake:

Wedding cake should be the best tasting cake you consume. I rejected the idea that looks take precedences over taste. Most importantly, taste and appearance can be created equally!

When ever possible I use organic and local island or Washington produced ingredients.

If you don’t see a flavor you were looking for, let me know. There are few limits to what we can create.
